Common Questions
What can a tune do for my motor?
A tune helps your motor run better with your specific boat setup. Most people see better fuel mileage and more speed. Speed gains are often around 7–12 mph, depending on the motor, boat, and how everything is set up.
What motor brands do you work on?
We work with Mercury Marine®, Suzuki, and Yamaha motors.
How much horsepower can a tune add?
Horsepower gains can range from 20% up to 100%, depending on the motor and setup.
Can a tune be customized for my setup and fuel?
Yes. Tunes are built for your specific motor and boat. This includes adjusting rev limits and fuel requirements. Depending on the setup, tunes can be made to run on 89, 91, or 93 octane fuel.
Do I need a subscription to get a tune?
No. A subscription is not required to purchase a tune. Subscriptions are meant for ongoing support, setup optimization, and continued guidance after tuning.
